You can turn of your shield or smart setups off simply head to your isp provider help pages and look for TURN OFF filter or Shield/Smart Set-up.

2. Navigate to the Settings menu.

3. Select the Applications menu.

4. Select Manage Installed Applications.

5. Select our app to clear its cache.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION. 
When your device is low on storage, the Auto Offload feature helps to free up storage by offloading infrequently used apps.

1. Going to Manage Installed Applications in your Fire TV settings.
